How do I cancel my services and domains?

You can cancel your services and domains via our Client Area. This guide details how to do both.

If you cancel a service that has an unpaid invoice, this invoice will be automatically cancelled. If you need a credit invoice, see the following guide.

If you choose to cancel a service that shares an invoice with several other services, the cancelled service will be automatically removed from the invoice. You can then download the updated invoice in the Client Area.
