The text below contains things you should know before contacting our support. We ask you to read it through so that you can help us solve your problem as fast as possible!

  • Have all relevant information easily accessible:
    • Which service is your question related to? We can use a domain name, email address, client number or cPanel username to find the correct service in our system.
    • A detailed description of the problem. If you for example only write “my website isn’t working” it will be hard for us to give you a good answer. Instead, describe what exactly isn’t working, how it is supposed to work, what we need to do in order to reproduce the problem etc.
    • If possible it is helpful if you attach a screenshot that shows the problem together with the description.
    • The IP address that you connect from when the problem occurs.
    • Any error messages that you receive.
  • If you call us you need to keep the following things in mind:
    • The background noise where you are calling from should be low so that we clearly can hear what you say.
    • Don’t drive and call. If it can’t wait, park the car before calling.
    • Don’t use speaker phone unless you have to.
  • If you send us an email or start a chat with us, you should have the follwing in mind:
    • If possible, send the email from the email address that is registered on your client account. That way we know the request comes from the correct person.
    • Read what you have written before you send it and consider if another person reading it will understand what you mean. If you are not sure they will, then try to edit your message to make it easier to understand.
  • What is not handled by our support:
    • We won’t help you to optimize your site for search engines.
    • We don’t build websites.
    • We don’t help with programming related problems.
