There are currently many phishing emails being sent by fraudsters claiming that your subscription has been canceled due to an unpaid invoice. Don’t click on any links in these emails, but check your subscription in the customer service department if you are unsure. Read more tips here.

Feel free to create the case directly via the customer service department. Then we know that you are the owner of the service and can act faster.

Keep all relevant information readily available

  • Which service is involved? We can use e.g. domain name, email address, invoice number, customer number or cPanel username to find the right service in our systems.
  • A detailed description of the problem. If you only write e.g. “my website is not working”, it may be difficult for us to give you a good answer. What exactly is not working? What should it look like when it works? What do we need to do to recreate the problem?
  • You can also supplement your error description with a screenshot showing the problem.
  • The IP address you are connecting from when the problem occurs.

  • We do not help to optimize your website for search engines.
  • We don’t build websites for clients.
  • We do not help with programming-related problems.
  • Support is not included in the “Do it yourself” VPS service or the free FreeDNS service.
