Finances and abuse are handled by email. We normally respond within 1 day on weekdays. If you can’t send emails at the moment, contact technical support.

Feel free to create the case directly via the customer service department. Then we know that you are the owner of the service and can act faster.

Keep all relevant information readily available

  • Which service is involved? We can use e.g. domain name, email address, invoice number, customer number or cPanel username to find the right service in our systems.
  • A detailed description of the problem. If you only write e.g. “my website is not working”, it may be difficult for us to give you a good answer. What exactly is not working? What should it look like when it works? What do we need to do to recreate the problem?
  • You can also supplement your error description with a screenshot showing the problem.
  • The IP address that you are connecting from when the problem occurs.
    Any error messages.

Unfortunately, we cannot help you with…

  • We do not help to optimize your website for search engines.
  • We don’t build websites for clients.
  • We do not help with programming-related problems.
  • Support is not included in the “Do it yourself” VPS service or the free FreeDNS service.
