I have cancelled a service, can I get a credit invoice?

Upon cancellation of services with us, outstanding invoices are normally automatically cancelled (except for those invoiced retrospectively, such as Oderland Cloud usage invoices).

Our client system does not handle credit invoices, but you can download a copy of a cancelled invoice via the Client Area, clearly indicating that it has been cancelled. Most financial systems and accountants accept this as a substitute for credit invoices.
