Sometimes you need to upgrade your Agency service, if you e.g. have gotten many new clients recently and the resources included in the service therefore run out. In the same way, if you wish to scale down your account, this can be done as easily, e.g. if you have lost/removed clients and want the service to be a bit cheaper. In this guide, we describe how you upgrade/downgrade your Agency service.
- Begin by logging on to the Client area on our website.
- Click
Agency
underServices
in the menu to the left. - Then click
View
to the right of the Agency service you wish to upgrade/downgrade. - Finally, click the
Management actions
tab and thenUpgrade options
. - You will now get to adjust the resources for your Agency account. Click
Click to continue
once you’re done. - If you order an upgrade: As soon as we have received payment on the upgrade invoice, your service will be upgraded automatically.
