If you get a page which says that your website has been suspended it usually is caused by one of two things.
Unpaid invoice
If your web hosting account has been suspended because of an overdue invoice, you can get access again by logging in to the Client area on oderland.se and paying the invoice there. Please refer to this article for instructions on how you login to the Client area.
When you have logged in to the Client area you can view your invoices by clicking on Invoices
under Account
in the menu on the left.

If you have one or more unpaid invoices they should be visible here. You can click View
to see more detailed information about a specific invoice.

Inside View
you should be able to see what services it is for (e.g. web hosting account or domain name). To get the service back up and running as quickly as possible, you need to pay the invoice using a credit card or Swish. To do this, follow the instructions here.
When the invoice has been marked as paid you will probably have to clear the cache in your web browser before you are able to see that the website is working again. Here is a guide that shows how you clear the cache in different web browsers.
The service has been cancelled
You can see if your web hosting account has been cancelled in the Client area on oderland.se. Please refer to this article for instructions on how you login to the Client area.
When you are inside the Client area you need to click on the category of service you have (e.g. Shared Hosting
) under Services
in the menu to the left.

You should now be able to see a list of all your services. Find your web hosting account in the list and click View
to the right of it.

If your web hosting account have been cancelled there should now be a reason listed on this page. The reason will be written in Swedish.
If you want to activate the service again you need to contact our support.
