If you get a page which says that your website has been suspended it usually is caused by one of two things.
If your web hosting account has been suspended because of an overdue invoice, you can get access again by logging in to the Client area on oderland.se and paying the invoice there. Please refer to this article for instructions on how you login to the Client area.
When you have logged in to the Client area you can view your invoices by clicking on
My Invoices in the menu on the left.
If you have one or more unpaid invoices they should be visible here. You can click
View Invoice to see more detailed information about a specific invoice.
View Invoice you should be able to see what services it is for (e.g. web hosting account or domain name). To get the service back up and running as quickly as possible, you need to pay the invoice using a credit card or PayPal. To do this you select
E-postfaktura (for credit card) or
PayPal as payment method and then you click on
When the invoice has been marked as paid you will probably have to clear the cache in your web browser before you are able to see that the website is working again. Here is a guide that shows how you clear the cache in different web browsers.
The service has been cancelled
