Why should I not forward my emails to my gmail?

You should not forward your email from the email address(es) you have here with us to your gmail address because if someone sends you spam it will also be forwarded to gmail. From Google’s side, it looks like we are sending spam to their servers and they will therefore block our IP addresses.

Previously, Google had a solution where you could add email accounts within their webmail interface, but this has been removed since January 2026.

Instead, you should set up your various email accounts in an email client and read them that way – then you can have both the emails you have through us and the emails at Google under one unified interface.
