To log in to WHM according to these instructions, you need either an Agency account, or a Managed server or a VPS running cPanel.
You can reach the login page for WHM by entering a specific URL in your web browser, such as:
- https://example.domain.com:2087
- https://example.domain.com/whm
Please note! The example name example.domain.com should be replaced by the server name where your service resides.
- If you have a Managed Server, enter the server’s name.
- If you have an Agency account or a Managed server and do not know the server name, please refer to this guide to find out.
- In the case of a server set up via Oderland Cloud or another non-managed VPS, use the FQDN for the server.
- You can also use the IP address for the server instead of the server name/FQDN. (Depending on the server configuration you may receive a warning in your browser if you use the IP address.)
On the page you end up on, enter your login credentials and then click Log in.
If you wish to change the language for WHM, click the appropriate language below the login form before you log in.
The information below only applies to Managed Servers and Agency accounts.
If you do not have the password, you can perform a password reset. In this case, you do a password reset for the cPanel account which owns the other accounts on the server. Please refer to this guide for information about how to reset the cPanel password. You have to perform the password reset procedure via the cPanel login page on the server, you cannot do this via the Client area on our website.
