If you want to control settings for your Postal Service, this can be done via the web-based interface available. This guide describes how and where to log in, as well as how to perform a password reset if you have forgotten your login password.
Find the correct Postal server
Before you can log in to the Postal web interface, you need to know which of our Postal servers your service is hosted on. To find out, do this:
- Begin by logging on to the Client Area.
- Click
Postal
underServices
in the menu to the left. - Now, click the
View
button on the row for the Postal service you wish to access. - Scroll down the page until you see the
Postal
section, here you will find the server address and also a button to go directly to the login page.
Logging on
To log on to the Postal web-based interface, access the correct address for your Postal service based on the information from the section above:

Here you enter the email address and password you are using for the login.
Forgotten password
If you have forgotten your login password, click on Forgotten your password?
, enter your e-mail address and click on the Continue
button.

An email will be sent to the specified email address. Click on the link in the email. On the page you land on, you can set a new password for the login.
