If you want to control settings for your Postal Service, this can be done via the web-based interface available. This guide describes how and where to log in, as well as how to perform a password reset if you have forgotten your login password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Find the correct Postal server<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Before you can log in to the Postal web interface, you need to know which of our Postal servers your service is hosted on. To find out, do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Begin by logging on to the Client Area<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Postal<\/code> under Services<\/code> in the menu to the left.

  3. Now, click the View<\/code> button on the row for the Postal service you wish to access.

  4. Scroll down the page until you see the Postal<\/code> section, here you will find the server address and also a button to go directly to the login page.

    Logging on<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To log on to the Postal web-based interface, access the correct address for your Postal service based on the information from the section above<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Here you enter the email address and password you are using for the login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This is not the same credentials that you use for sending emails via the Postal service, but separate details you received from us when the service was started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Forgotten password<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you have forgotten your login password, click on Forgotten your password?<\/code>, enter your e-mail address and click on the Continue<\/code> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
