Please note that your WordPress installation have to meet the following requirements, otherwise you cannot use QUIC.cloud’s CDN service:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- The domain that you use for the WordPress installation must point towards the server where the installation resides. If you’ve used a local, temporary pointing<\/a> of the domain it will not<\/strong> work. This is due to the fact that your site and QUIC.cloud’s servers have to be able to communicate.<\/li>
- The site must use a FQDN as its site domain, i.e.<\/em> www.exempel.se. If you’ve installed the site directly on the domain name (e.g.<\/em> on exempel.se), you need to change the URL used by WordPress<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
To get started using QUIC.cloud’s CDN service, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Begin by logging on to wp-admin<\/a> for the WordPress site you wish to configure the CDN service on.<\/li>
- Install the plugin LiteSpeed Cache for WordPress<\/a>, if this hasn’t already been done.<\/li>
- To begin using QUIC.cloud’s CDN service, you need to acquire a so called domain key. You can get one by clicking
LiteSpeed Cache<\/code> in the menu to the left (when you’re logged on to wp-admin) and clickingGeneral<\/code>.![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/wordpress_litespeed_cache_menu_general.png\")
<\/a><\/li>- On the page where you end up, scroll down a bit until you see the button
Request Domain Key<\/code> next to Domain Key. Click it to begin generating the key needed to use the service.![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/wordpress_litespeed_cache_domain_key.png\")
<\/a><\/li>- You will now see a notification that the key request was successful and that the key will be sent to your installation.

<\/a><\/li>- You may have to wait a couple of minutes before the key is installed. Try reloading the page to see if the key has been added. Once it has, you will receive a confirmation that the setup is completed.

<\/a><\/li>- Now, you may need to log on to QUIC.cloud again. Once the connection has been established, you will see your site on the startpage of QUIC.cloud. Since we have yet to activate the CDN feature, you will only see a dash in the CDN column. However, you should see

<\/a><\/li>- Next, activate the CDN feature via QUIC.cloud’s control panel<\/a>. Log back in, and then click your domain name in the list.

<\/a><\/li>- You’re now presented to information regarding the CNAME you have to use, if you chose the CNAME option in the previous step. Copy or write down the information so you can point your DNS record once asked.
