Sometimes you may want to delete cPanel accounts created on your Managed Server<\/a> or your Agency<\/a> service. This might be the case if you’ve ended a contract with a client that has had a website on your service. This guide will describe the process of deleting a cPanel account via WHM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep in mind that you can suspend a cPanel account temporarily if you’re not quite ready to delete it. We describe that process here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Begin by logging on to WHM<\/a>.<\/li>
  2. Find the option Terminate Accounts<\/code> in the menu to the left.

  3. You will now see a list of the cPanel accounts that have been created under your WHM account.
    \"\"<\/a>In the list, tick the checkbox to the left of each cPanel account you wish to delete.<\/li>
  4. Use the checkbox under Keep DNS Zones<\/code> to save all DNS records for all domains on the soon-to-be-deleted accounts in our DNS servers. This feature should only be used under very specific circumstances<\/strong>, e.g.<\/em> in the case where domains on the account are already added to another active service with us.<\/li>
