This is done by following these instructions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open the <code>Settings<\/code> app and tap <code>Mail<\/code>:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_01.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"384\" height=\"832\" class=\"wp-image-14816\" style=\"width: 384px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_01.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/li><li>Then tap <code>Accounts<\/code>.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_02.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"384\" height=\"832\" class=\"wp-image-14827\" style=\"width: 384px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_02.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/li><li>Tap the email account where outgoing email currently isn&#8217;t working:<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_03.png\"><br><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_03.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"384\" height=\"396\" class=\"wp-image-14830\" style=\"width: 384px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_03.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/li><li>Now tap <code>Account<\/code> to access settings for the account:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_04.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"384\" height=\"416\" class=\"wp-image-14833\" style=\"width: 384px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_04.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/li><li>Find the settings for <code>SMTP<\/code> (a bit down):<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_05.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"384\" height=\"831\" class=\"wp-image-14836\" style=\"width: 384px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_05.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/li><li>Tap the server designated <code>Primary Server<\/code>. It should be the only one currently active:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_06.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"384\" height=\"389\" class=\"wp-image-14839\" style=\"width: 384px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_06.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/li><li>Now, make sure that you have the correct settings for <code>Host Name<\/code>, <code>Username<\/code>, and <code>Password<\/code>. Enter the same credentials as you have for your incoming email server. On the row for <code>Authentication<\/code>, make sure that <code>Password<\/code> is selected. If if says something else, tap it and select <code>Password<\/code>. The <code>Host Name<\/code> should be the same as you have for your incoming email server. Information about what server name to use was sent out to the web hosting account&#8217;s owner when the service was created, and can also be found by following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/en\/artikel\/which-server-is-my-web-hosting-account-located-on\/\">these instructions<\/a>. <code>Username<\/code> and <code>Password<\/code> should be the same as for the incoming email server as well. <strong>Do not type in xyz.oderland.com as the host name, replace it with the proper one according to the instructions in this bullet point.<\/strong><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_07.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"384\" height=\"529\" class=\"wp-image-14842\" style=\"width: 384px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oderland.se\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/ios_smtp_settings_07.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/li><li>Make sure that the <code>Server Port<\/code> is set to <code>587<\/code>.<\/li><li>To save the edits you&#8217;ve made, tap <code>Done<\/code> in the top right corner.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You should now be able to send email messages!
