How do I manage PHP extensions?

Den här artikeln finns även på svSvenska

You can manage your PHP extensions from within cPanel. Some examples of PHP extensions are opcache, mysqli, imagick and soap. To activate or deactivate an extension you need to do the following:

  1. Login to cPanel.
  2. Click on Select PHP Version in the Software section.
    Link to PHP Version module
  3. You should now end up at a page similar to the one below. Every checkbox in every column is a different PHP extension, to activate it you tick the box next to the extension name and to deactivate you untick it. Changes are saved automatically.
Select PHP modulesWhen a change has been saved a dialog appears.
    Change of PHP module saved

The choices you make are only for the active PHP version. If you change PHP version you will have to choose what extensions to use again.
